Spectacular views of the Mystic River. This room is a guest favorite and has water on three sides. You are immersed in the shoreline of Mason's Island with ducks, egrets, swans, seagulls, and passing boats. Everybody loves to relax, watch the wildlife, read, nap, or eat here. Most evenings feature unbelievable sunsets because the view over the water faces West! Whenever we are there, when the late afternoon arrives we start sizing-up the sunset potential (some clouds are are better than none) Great sunset = eat at home and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. No restaurant has this view. The colors and appearance are a constantly changing canvas. The Sunroom now doubles as the dinning room because everybody wanted the view while eating dinner. It has a beautiful mahogany table that expands to make it just the right size for any function.

This is an epic bar made by the owners. Complete story here. The bar looks out into the Sun room and the Mystic River. Perfect for dining, reading and using a computer.

Spacious living room with a new gas fireplace. Very cozy in the winter and there are logs to buy or ashes to deal with. It is very efficient and actually warms the house. A huge, UV filtering, picture window is in front of a comfortable couch that overlooks the Mystic River

Completely new renovation. One-of-a-kind. the upper portions of the cabinets feature an incredible display of colorful glass fish and ocean creatures. A six burner gas stove is complimented by a copper range hood made by the owner; Copper sheet, with patina to create an aged feel, contrasts with southwestern pattern pewter arch. Photos and the story of the project is here in the Projects tab.The center island is custom built out of walnut and has turquoise inlay. There is a huge amount of refrigerator and freezer space. Countertops are an amazing "leather" finish granite that lets them blend with the rocks outside.The cabinets are full of all the equipment needed to do some serious cooking . There is a nice selection of knives and many of the pots and pans are All Clad.

Upstairs bedroom with great views to the North, South and East. A comfortable queen size bed is great for sleeping and a quite Mitsubishi air conditioning module is ready to go for the few nights when it is really hot. This bedroom shares a full bth that is also on the upstairs level. There is also a sink and kitchenette area.

Upstairs bedroom with two single beds and beautiful view south of fisher island sound. Beautifully decorated and it has its own super quite air-conditioning unit

Home theater with plasma screen TV, surround sound, Apple TV, and DirecTV. An office area offers a Mac computer and a printer.
