My husband and I had planned a late summer vacation in this lovely spot. Unfortunately, my husband was hospitalized with unanticipated complications. Glori really went above and beyond my expectations by refunding my deposit. She also showed me such compassion and understanding at a difficult time. We will return hopefully in the not too distant future
